March Updates

Well, due to time constraints (like i gotta get to sleep soon!) I will briefly summarize our groups achievements here for March.  Hopefully within the next few days I will get technical help and figure out how to put this all on a chart/excel grid that i can use on this blog.

Mike Among                 March Goal=220      Weight on 3/8=220        April Goal=To Come
John Foy (1st month)     March Goal=181      Weight on 3/6=178!!!    April Goal=175
Terrence Lau (maintain) March Goal=170      Weight on 3/5=168        April Goal=170

                                     Cindy emails Wendell has hit Goal already,
                                     but key is to keep it off (at least) till 4/2!
Cindy Saito                   Cindy has already achieved her April goal of 3 mile
                                     continuous run,but key is to maintain at least
                                     this distance, and possibly add more.
Michele Tom                 Injury Clause:  DaPinkFitnessGal is resting knee
                                     and awaiting MRI...more info to come....
                                     she still may be in it for April 2, but safety first!
David Toyota                Welcome to our newest member!  Here is his post from tonight:
                                     "My goal is to lose 2 pounds per month until I reach 220 pounds or whatever comes first. If I get down to my goal before March 1,2012, my goal will be to keep my weight at or less than 220 pounds. I pledge $250. "
